At Nuvelixqora S.A. (hereinafter, "Nuvelixqora", "we" or "the platform"), with legal address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 1050, Floor 12, C1001AAT, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its regulatory decree, and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide when registering on our platform, completing contact forms, or interacting with our services. This may include: full name, national identity document (DNI) or CUIT/CUIL, email address, phone number, home address, financial information necessary for crowdlending operations, IP address and browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your personal information to: manage your registration and account on the platform; process and administer investments in real estate projects; comply with legal and regulatory obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP); communicate news about projects and the platform; improve our services and user experience; prevent fraud and ensure the security of operations.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your express consent when registering on the platform; the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Nuvelixqora; compliance with current legal and regulatory obligations in the Argentine Republic; and our legitimate interest in improving our services and preventing fraudulent activities, provided that such interest does not prevail over your fundamental rights.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: real estate developers linked to projects in which you participate (to the extent strictly necessary for operations); regulatory bodies and competent authorities when required by law (CNV, UIF, AFIP, judiciary); technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, communications), who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes entrusted.
5. Data security
We implement technical and organizational security measures consistent with the current state of the art to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include data encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, continuous security monitoring, periodic vulnerability assessments, and incident response plans.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 25,326 and complementary regulations, you have the right to: access your personal data stored in our systems; request its rectification or update when inaccurate or incomplete; request the deletion of your data when the contractual relationship has ended and there is no legal obligation to retain it; object to the processing of your data for purposes other than those agreed; request the portability of your data in a structured format. 7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and in accordance with current legal obligations. In particular, data related to financial operations is retained for a minimum of 10 years in compliance with UIF and CNV regulations. Once data is no longer necessary and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will proceed to its secure deletion or irreversible anonymization.
8. International transfers
In the event that it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the Argentine Republic (for example, due to the use of technology infrastructure providers with servers abroad), we ensure that such transfers are made to countries with adequate levels of protection recognized by the AAIP, or under standard contractual clauses that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that required by Argentine legislation.
9. Minors
Our services are directed exclusively to persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will proceed to its immediate deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, current regulations, or platform functionalities. Any significant change will be communicated through the platform and/or by email with at least 15 days' prior notice. We recommend that you review this policy regularly.
